Please note the following return policy:

• Items are eligible for return for 30 days.
• A full refund will be processed (minus shipping fees) for items in original packaging, unopened, and unused condition.
• If a credit card or PayPal were used to place your order, a processing fee of up to 3.5% will be deducted from the refund.
• CUSTOM items, MADE-TO-ORDER items, items ordered and configured to YOUR SPECIFICATIONS and items ordered from overseas may NOT be returned. All sales are final. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Roof top tents may not be returned. All sales are final. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Any items that are used/opened are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
• Navigator Outdoors reserves the right to reduce the refund amount in the event that any excessive wear/use/damage exists upon restocking examination.
• Refunds will only be processed once Navigator Outdoors has received the item back in their facility and have conducted a restocking examination.
• Buyer is responsible for return freight/shipping fees.
• Buyer should purchase insurance for the return shipment, as Navigator Outdoors cannot accept a damaged return for refund.
• Any returns arriving to Navigator Outdoors in a damaged condition due to return freight/shipping will be refused and rerouted back to the buyer.
